Ben & Jerry's
Create a delicious short film to highlight Ben & Jerry's "Caring Dairy" initiative for distribution via benjerry.com & Hulu.
"Caring Dairy" farms feel a million miles away from the industrial food complex and the cows really do seem happy.
Instead of detailing all the moving parts of Ben & Jerry's "Caring Dairy" initiative, (with supply chain complexities that boggle the mind), have fun with the notion of "happy cows" to highlight Ben & Jerry's joyous commitment to better dairy.

We visited a few "Caring Dairy" locations to capture footage of life on a Ben & Jerry's dairy farm, and they were very happy places indeed. After cleaning the mud (and some other stuff) off our tripods, we tailored a voiceover script around a simple question – "What does a happy cow really look like?" – and enlisted none other than Jerry himself (yes, that Jerry) to record the voiceover. After finding the right balance & pacing for the visuals, then mixing in original music by a local composer, we landed at a :30 piece that made everyone (including the audience, hopefully) … happy!
